In 1983, Melani Bros. were just “two guys and a truck” pounding the pavement and living the American Dream. By 1997, they had grown the company to be the largest sunroom dealer in the United States. With this growth, they realized that to deliver on the promise of 100% customer satisfaction, they needed a comprehensive software solution – a solution offering support, key analytic’s and real-time reports that were flexible and easy to control. In other words, a solution not just software. Additionally, Melani Bros needed visibility to measure their overall marketing effectiveness (Source Performance, Cost, ROI, and individual marketer performance).

The Melani Bros. became one of the first improveit! 360 Enterprise customers seven years ago when they realized it was the only complete solution to meet their needs and deliver accurate results. Back then, balancing their marketing cost with TV, Newspapers, Radio, and SFI Programs like Sam’s Club was not easy.
