Full Time, Professional Position, Immediate Opening

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a customer portfolio from sales hand-off through on-boarding/training and ultimately contract renewal. This is not a sales position. The position requires an independent self-starter who is resourceful and can manage many projects at the same time.

Position Responsibilities:

Relationship Management

  • Understand your customers’ unique businesses in detail
  • Monitor customer utilization and satisfaction, ensuring annual renewal
  • Identify opportunities to leverage your (and our) experience to benefit the customer (best practices, creative solutions to problems, etc.)
  • Provide customer feedback to team members and the product development team

On-boarding & Training

  • Operate as the primary point of contact, controlling the schedule, training, cooperation with conversion team, and advanced services efforts
  • Train new customers on software functionality and best practices

Technical Support and Case Resolution

  • Prioritize support cases for your accounts.
  • Clearly and thoroughly document details of case requests and resolution
  • Be resourceful- research available options for solving customer requests to determine the best solution. If necessary, work with team members or product development to devise creative workarounds for challenging issues.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Customer service experience (2+ years)

improveit 360 is seeking multiple Salesforce Developers to join our team in supporting our industry leading software built for remodelers, replacement contractors, and home pros.  The Force.com developer will work on projects to develop our Professional and Enterprise solutions and Force.com applications and ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions to our customers. Our ideal candidate will have strong enterprise application development and systems integration experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administrationImplement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain Visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions.
  • Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support train new end users on the salesforce.com application.
  • Implement and manage various complex business processes within multiple orgs.

You will have varied responsibilities centered on implementing and supporting improveit 360 marketing initiatives. Exceptional communication skills, both one-on-one and across all levels of management, are crucial. You must be curious by nature and have a problem-solver mindset. You must be highly organized, able to handle multiple responsibilities, and to efficiently juggle a workload that will always include shifting priorities and deadlines. On a daily basis, the position requires you to take the initiative with minimal direction, find holes and fill them, have the ability to seek out information from appropriate sources, and have exceptional, detail-oriented follow-through. What you’ll do:

  • Take over administration of our marketing automation platform, Marketo, along with the execution of campaigns and the development of nurture tracks within it.
  • Assist and sometimes own the strategy, organization, coordination, execution, tracking, and evaluation of marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Evaluate current systems and procedures for Sales and Marketing teams and develop comprehensive improvements or toolset restructuring for maximum impact on company goals.
  • Train new Sales staff on system use and keep entire Sales staff apprised of changes and new features as they roll out.
  • Work with the Business Systems Admin and departmental managers to keep on top of other ongoing process and CRM system changes based on other departments’ requirements.
  • Gather Sales and Marketing KPI/metrics needs and model frameworks within CRM & marketing automation systems to capture appropriate data for ongoing visibility needs.
  • Manage ongoing data/metrics generation and prepare reports and analysis for the marketing team, management and executive board.
  • Handle data cleanup and appending initiatives in a database with 100k+ records.
  • Aid in the creative process and development of certain marketing materials – digital campaign content, presentations, print collateral, educational content, videos, etc.
  • Help manage and execute strategic partner relationships in conjunction with our Corporate Development team, including the continual refinement of marketing affinity programs with our manufacturing and service partners.
  • Handle any and all other duties, projects, and tasks as requested.

What you bring to the table:

  • Degree in marketing, advertising or business-related discipline, OR 3+ years relevant experience required.
  • Marketing automation tools experience (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot/Exact Target, HubSpot, etc.)
  • CRM/database experience (Salesforce preferred.)
  • E-mail marketing experience.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Drool-worthy problem solving abilities.
  • Advanced analytic skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership and work ethic.

Big pluses that will help career advancement:
