  • Perform multiple roles within the software sales cycle
  • Calling and qualifying prospects, working contracts, and maintaining business accounts
  • Conducting client relations calls, product demonstrations, and in-person presentations
  • Providing input that improves upon the software development and marketing messaging development

Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree, or relevant college coursework, desired
  • 2+ years sales experience in a professional business environment

As a Case Specialist, you will be responsible for managing assigned technical support and customization cases to completion. Responsibilities include:.

  • Prioritizing support cases by account size and urgency
  • Clearly and thoroughly documenting details of case requests and resolution such that other team members can seamlessly understand the history of the case
  • Being resourceful. If necessary, work with team members or product development team to devise creative solutions and/or workarounds to challenging issues

Required Qualifications

improveit 360 is seeking multiple Salesforce Developers to join our team in supporting our industry leading software built for remodelers, replacement contractors, and home pros.  The Force.com developer will work on projects to develop our Professional and Enterprise solutions and Force.com applications and ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions to our customers. Our ideal candidate will have strong enterprise application development and systems integration experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administrationImplement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain Visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions.
  • Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support train new end users on the salesforce.com application.
  • Implement and manage various complex business processes within multiple orgs.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide creative direction within the company’s prospect, partner, and client channels that aligns with the marketing and sales departments’ key objectives.
  • Ensure all marketing, sales, and client services materials, documents, and communications align with the company’s brand and voice.
