Responsibilities:

As the leader of our product / technology group, you will be involved in every aspect of the product and solution delivery process. You will work with customers, company leadership and cross-functionally to ensure that we deliver high quality, engaging, and intuitive products and services to drive results.

  • Lead a team of developers, product managers and analysts designing and delivering products and services;
  • Application development, testing, and implementation of cloud and mobile software;
  • Supporting current applications and customers and implementing new enhancements;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems with customers;

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of technical product development team leadership experience – ready for enterprise leadership;
  • 3+ years of experience with full-stack enterprise application development using technologies and languages such as Java, C# / .NET, Ruby, JavaScript, etc; solid understanding of technologies such as REST, HTTP, and JSON, APIs, RDBS and SQL;
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies and technical project management;
  • BA/BS in a technical or quantitative field;
  • End user / customer consulting or systems integration experience;
  • Proven track record for turning ideas into solutions.

Highly desired background:

  • Experience with development using the Salesforce platform, including creation of custom objects and fields, Apex and Visualforce code, Lighting components, workflows, processes, Salesforce DX, managed and unmanaged packages and security review;
  • Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce including Java and Web Service (SOAP and Restful);

What You'll Do:

  • Work with clients to extract data from legacy systems, helping to find where data is stored in a database if client does not have knowledge.
  • Transform and load data into improveit 360.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members on best data conversion practices.
  • Conduct data evaluation web-based meetings to introduce client to location of data in their improveit 360 system and provide them direction on how to conduct formal evaluation.
  • Manage multiple data conversions simultaneously and prioritize effectively to ensure on-time Go Lives that meet improveit 360 and client timelines. This includes internal coordination with other Data Conversion and Onboarding Specialists, to ensure availability of suitable resources for each Go Live.
  • Use tact and diplomacy to set proper timelines and expectations throughout the data conversion process, including both verbal and written communication.
  • Provide client and Onboarding Specialist with clear documentation of progress, identifying possible areas of concern and work as needed to resolve.
  • Provide guidance and solutions consulting to our clients on industry best practices as they relate to data transformation.
  • Exercise attention to detail and technical proficiency to identify client specific requirements and ensure proper data transformation.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal resources to address technical issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for varied past data conversions.

improveit 360 is seeking multiple Salesforce Developers to join our team in supporting our industry leading software built for remodelers, replacement contractors, and home pros.  The Force.com developer will work on projects to develop our Professional and Enterprise solutions and Force.com applications and ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions to our customers. Our ideal candidate will have strong enterprise application development and systems integration experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administrationImplement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain Visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions.
  • Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support train new end users on the salesforce.com application.
  • Implement and manage various complex business processes within multiple orgs.
