improveit! 360 was founded in 2000 by prominent industry leaders Brian Leader and Seth Cammeyer to provide innovative, results-driven business management software to the home improvement industry.

The solution they introduced to the market was based on a very successful internal system that enabled their contracting company, Improveit! Home Remodeling, to achieve double-digit growth virtually every year since the system was implemented. Known for a long track record of success, Improveit! Home Remodeling is Central Ohio’s largest home remodeling company, a Big 50 Remodeler and the #1 Solutions Provider to the Replacement 100.

When improveit! 360 was first introduced, it was quickly adopted by a number of progressive replacement contractors. However, use of improveit! 360 was initially limited to those who could afford substantial implementation and upkeep costs. Brian and Seth felt this approach would prevent the software from helping all home improvement businesses, especially smaller companies that needed it the most. With the release of the new web-based improveit! 360 software suite, organizations of all sizes can benefit from first-class business management software developed exclusively for the home improvement industry. Many of the companies using improveit! 360 can be counted among the Replacement 100.

Management

Principals: Seth Cammeyer & Brian Leader

The Founders & Co-CEOs, Brian Leader and Seth Cammeyer, have a twenty-year record of successful growth and execution within both the retail home improvement market and the related software market. Seth and Brian are known for their renowned expertise in training professional sales and marketing organizations. Both are University of Maryland graduates, Brian with a B.A. in Marketing and Seth with a B.A. in Accounting and a CPA.

Jason Barr, Chief Operating Officer

Jason Barr has a ten-year operations history, beginning with a B.S. in Engineering Management from West Point, two Iraqi combat tours as an US Army Captain, and a MBA from the Fisher College of Business, at The Ohio State University. He has been with improveit! 360 since December 2007.

Steve Ellis, Chief Information Officer

Steve Ellis has seventeen years of experience in software development, IT Management and CIO positions with companies such as NetJets and Skybus. He received both a B.S. in Computer Science and an MBA from The Ohio State University. Steve joined improveit! 360 in June 2008.
